Golf
The golf coaching programme at Scots College has gone from strength to strength each year, with up to 40 students learning to play, both beginners and those who are more experienced.
Lessons begin with the basics such as how to hold the club and hit the ball, and progress to more complex coaching as students move onto the course to play some holes. We are fortunate to be located very close to Miramar Golf Club, and our students play at College Sports Wellington competitions and many other events. Coaching is available for students in all year groups, and the coaching programme runs during Term 1 and Term 4. All equipment is provided.
*Please note that in 2025, our 'Learn to Play Golf' programme is not available in Term 1 for students in Years 7-13, due to ongonig course redevelopment work at Miramar Golf Club. The coaching programme will resume in Term 4.
