Barney shaves his head for a cure
Barney Braithwaite, Year 6 has shaved his head to raise funds for the Child Cancer Foundation - Central (Taranaki to Nelson).
We are very proud of Barney who participated in the ‘funrazor’ at the Southern Cross Bar 50 Challenge last Saturday 9 June, where he had his head shaved alongside other brave souls to raise funds and awareness for a very important cause.
Barney has set up an online fundraising web-page and has raised over $1400.00.
We encourage all members of the College community to support him in his endeavours. Good luck Barney!
